Why You Should Read the Pawsitively Purrfect Game Review

Welcome to Pudgy Cat Games, an indie board game company run by me, Jacqueline, with the assistance of my cat Leyla. You might be wondering what is the Pawsitively Purrfect Game Review and why should I read the Pawsitively Purrfect Game Review, when there are hundreds of other awesome board game reviews out there. These are great questions!

Let's start at the beginning. The Pawsitively Purrfect Game Review is a review that focuses solely on the positive aspects of a game. I'm not saying that these games are actually "purrfect" per say, but there are other reviews that focus on the good, bad and the ugly; we will focus on just the good. The idea is to help people find games that fit the things they enjoy the most. Good artwork, creative components, well balanced, cute theme? We will let you know. I truly believe every game has something good in it, and I am here to show you what I discover so you can make more informed choices about if a game is a good choice for you.

Other reasons to read this blog:

1. You like cats

2. You prefer written reviews over video reviews

3. You want to laugh (I like to think these will be somewhat witty)

4. No negativity here

5. Oh and sometimes the cat reviews a board game

In case our company title didn't give it away, we love cats! Pudgy Cat games was named in honor of my furry collaborator, Leyla, who I nicknamed "Pudgy Cat" a few years back. Leyla has an important role at the company; she provides the "Pudgy Cat Review", which as far as we know if the only board game review provided by a cat. Leyla shares what about a game is great from a cat's perspective, box size is just right, dice are fun to knock off the table, lots of pieces to sit on, etc. These are featured on our game boxes. The Pawsitively Purrfect Game Review will occasionally feature a Pudgy Cat Review of other games as well.

Well that's about it for now. Subscribe to keep up to date on all Pawsitively Purrfect Game Review's.
